Digitalization and improvement of communication and operational processes within the education system. SIS is a comprehensive School Information System designed to support the daily work of educational institutions and provide a secure, transparent, and efficient exchange of information among school administration, teaching staff, students, and parents.
The SIS Mobile application serves as the primary real-time communication channel between schools and families. It enables users to access relevant information quickly, supports timely communication, and contributes to greater transparency and stronger cooperation among all participants in the educational process.
The system has evolved through multiple development and implementation phases. Each new version has introduced functional, technical, security, and user-experience improvements based on practical experience, feedback from educational institutions, and the changing needs of users. This continuous development has resulted in a mature, stable, and scalable solution that can be adapted to different organizational and technical environments.
Partner Training and Knowledge Transfer Program
To ensure the sustainable operation of the system, our team continuously provides structured training and knowledge-transfer programs for partner organizations. The objective is to enable partner personnel to acquire the minimum technical competencies required for the independent day-to-day administration, monitoring, support, and basic maintenance of the SIS platform.
The training program lasts three months and combines instructor-led sessions, practical workshops, supervised exercises, technical documentation, and individual assignments. The curriculum is organized into the following modules:
SIS Architecture and Core Functionalities
Introduction to the system architecture, key components, user roles, workflows, data structures, and integration points.
System Administration and Configuration
User and access management, role-based permissions, institutional configuration, school-year setup, system parameters, and administration of organizational data.
Operational Support and Maintenance
Monitoring system availability, managing common operational tasks, performing basic diagnostics, handling incidents, maintaining technical records, and applying established maintenance procedures.
Data Management, Security, and Privacy
Data quality principles, secure processing of information, backup and recovery procedures, privacy requirements, access-control practices, and the protection of sensitive educational data.
User Support and Issue Resolution
Classification and documentation of support requests, troubleshooting common user issues, escalation procedures, communication with end users, and cooperation with the central technical team.
Version Management and Continuous Improvement
Introduction to release processes, testing new functionalities, documenting changes, collecting user feedback, and preparing institutions for system upgrades.
During the program, participants work in a controlled training environment and complete practical assignments based on realistic operational scenarios. Their progress is evaluated continuously through exercises, knowledge checks, and participation in workshops.
The program concludes with a final examination consisting of a theoretical assessment and a practical task. Participants who successfully complete the training and pass the examination receive confirmation that they possess the foundational competencies required to administer and support the SIS solution in accordance with defined technical and operational procedures.
Through continuous education, structured knowledge transfer, and long-term partner support, our team helps educational institutions develop internal capacity and ensures the reliable, secure, and sustainable use of the SIS platform.
